2015 Virginia Beach Winter Wildlife Festival

The 2015 Winter Wildlife Festival will be held Feb. 5 to 8. Hosted by the Virginia Beach Parks and Recreation, in partnership with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries, the four-day event features educational workshops, outdoor excursions, children's activities, and an exhibit hall at Great Neck Recreation Center.

Participants will join with experts to experience nature in places like Back Bay and False Cape, Pleasure House Point, Mackay Island, Whitehurst Tract, the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel area, and more.

Current recreation center members and past festival attendees can register online through EZreg. In-person and mail-in registration is also available.

New participants registering for the first time may do so in person at any recreation center or by mailing in a registration form.
